My 8 year old son usually does not like cakes or pies but he asked me to make him a pumpkin pie and he thought this one was super delicious. I followed some suggestions as follows; I used 2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice since I did not have ginger and nutmeg, also used 2. (9 inch) unbaked pie crust. cooked over low heat pumkin and spices and for the last 5 minutes cooked at lower rack for crispier crust. before putting inside oven I covered the side crust to prevent from burning. Follow the rest per recipe. Thanks to all the suggestions & reviews This pie came out perfect and very delicious. My pies were done in 25 minutes (Instead of 35 to 40 minutes) probably cause I separated mixture into 2 pie dishes. Thank You everyone.
