Apple Crisp III
This is a perfect basic recipe. I first tried it because I had apples I needed to use but no brown sugar or oats. The second time I made it, I had brown sugar and used it. It was good with it, but fine without it. The best thing I think about the recipe is the blending of the sugar and butter. Many recipes call for combining the dry ingredients and then adding the butter. Creaming the butter and sugar first is so much easier. Thanks for sharing! This recipe is a keeper!
