WOW! I love butter chicken in restaurants, and I can't believe I made something that tasted sooo good! I'm a beginner in the kitchen, and this was awesome and easy! I started with the intention of making the one skillet version, but 6 pots/pans later I resigned to that idea. :-) I also used the evaporated milk, and used curry in lieu of the tandoori masala, and it turned out great. I used 3/4 cup of butter instead of the full cup. My wife loved it, and my 11 yo daughter ate it all, although she wasn't crazy about the spiciness, but said she'd have it again.
