Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
Came out very well, but would suggest adding more carrots, potatoes, and celery since the veggie to meat ratio is low in the regular recipe. Hit with the hubby!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: May 1, 2008
Excellent. Exactly what I was looking for in a rice pudding. Creamy & sweet. I sprinkled a cinnamon/sugar combo to add a little something and also omitted the raisins. Highly recommend.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2004
The recipe was good, but was lost with too much onion. I recommend using a smaller portion just enough for seasoning the meat. Will definitely try again!

Pistachio Fluff Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2004
Excellent. Imperative that salad is served chilled. Definite crowd-pleaser.

Hershey's ® Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: May 6, 2004
This recipe was so easy and was delicious. A little warning--don't let the gelatin cool at all, otherwise you will have slightly lumpy mousse. Was a big hit at Thanksgiving!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 6, 2004
This recipe was delicious. I couldn't believe how moist the meat was. I did use bread crumbs in place of crackers--still amazing. Big hit with the husband!! A nice alternative to boring meatloaf.

This turned out very good. It was just a little dry, but I would definitely make it again.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2003
This was delicious. It has become one of my "fool-proof" recipes- a recipe you know will be a hit with everyone. I used a spicy sausage to give it a little kick.

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2003
This was delicious. I left out the water chestnuts and it still tasted amazing. The longer this is refrigerated, the better it is. Highly recommended!

Gourmet Raspberry Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2003
I was worried that after all the work it took to put this together, that it would taste as if I'd thrown it together. IT WAS AMAZING! My husband & brother gave it a 10! It is well worth the effort.

Angel Shrimp Pasta

Tasted too much like mushroom soup. Was good, but was expecting it to have more of a kick in the taste.

B.L.T. Salad with Basil Mayo Dressing

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2003
Good recipe. I would recommend using more bacon and less french bread. The croutons seemed to dominate the salad, and there didn't seem to be enough bacon to compete with the other ingredients.

A Jerky Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2003
The sauce can be very spicy, so make sure to warn your guests. Otherwise the chicken is savory enough without it!
