Udon Peanut Butter Noodles
I made a variation of this as a side dish, which included just the noodles and sauce topped with green onions and sesame sticks--no chicken or peppers. It was really good and the perfect side dish to "Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Ginger Butter Sauce". It was almost too spicy for me; I know it would've been too hot for others. I'll make it again, I'll just use slightly less chili oil.

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce
WOW! This is a great dish. The sauce and the sesame seed crust are wonderful. My store didn't have mahi mahi, so I got tilapia. No shiso either, so I skipped it. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly, and it's a new household favorite. I made a side of "Udon Peanut Butter Noodles" using a variation of the recipe here. Also served with steamed broccoli with some butter. It's going to be repeated for sure.

Maine Lobster Lasagna
I used this recipe as a guide and made some changes, but feedback was phenomenal! I used two packets of Knorr creamy pesto sauce and one jar of alfredo. I also added a can of cream of onion soup to the ricotta mixture. Three Florida lobster tails worked out to be plenty. I used shallots instead of an onion and added an extra cup of mozzarella and a dash of salt. It made one 13x9 dish I brought to the party and one 8x8 I kept here. People I didn't know found me at the party to tell me the dish was incredible. I'll take it! It took a long time to make but was well worth it. I made it the day before and baked it before going to my NYE party. Thanks, Shelak.
