Butternut Squash Sweet Potato Soup

Tomato Bisque III

This was wonderful. I did add 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper (some like it hot), and used celery greens in lieu of celery. It is just amazing!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

This turned out wonderful. I did add about 2 cloves of minced garlic which I admit, I had reservations about, but that amount was perfect. I only had fresh oregano and also added some thyme. Husband kept going back for more. Now, if only my daughter who has a nasty cold would wake up from her nap ...

Pumpkin Soup

This was wonderful. I did make a few changes. First, I added 5 cups pumpkin, 1 tsp ginger, 2 tsp cinnamon, and about 1 1/4 cups cream. It came out great. Finish with ground pepper and can't stop guzzling this out of a mug on a cold rainy day. Yum!

Curry Kale and Potato Galette

Whoa, this was awesome. Both husband and daughter LOVED it. Only complaint was that I didn't make a second. If you plan to make this your meal, consider doing just that. It went real fast.

Old Fashioned Stuffing

This recipe is fantastic! I made a few adjustments to suit my preference. I used 1/2 stick of butter, used mostly whole wheat bread, and also added the extra teasp. of sage, about 2 Tablesoons dried parsley, and 1 teasp. of thyme. Got a compliment immediately. Oh yes, I almost forgot, I took the advice on 'staling' the bread. After toasting, 4 slices in microwave for 1 min. will take care of making your bread nice and stale (I chopped easily with a large knife).
