Ultimate High Altitude Chocolate Chip Cookies

THANK you! I have been searching for a good high altitude cookie recipe, and you provided it! My cookies came out looking puffy and beautiful---no more pancakes! I added more chocolate chips, about a 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds and about a cup of fresh cranberries and it still came out awesome.

Spicy Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

Wonderful soup! After reading reviews, I added canned diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro and a little leftover lime juice that needed to be used. I did run half of it through the food processor to thicken it up. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for the recipe!
