Orange Herb Roasted Chicken

I made this modified version yesterday, the only change was that I added dried tarragon to the dried herb mixture; I love tarragon w/ chicken! Fabulous recipe, we all loved it!!

This sauce is true to it`s name-it is really a quick and easy Alfredo Sauce! The taste and texture are fabulous! Before I made it the first time I was concerned that the Cream Cheese taste might be too strong but it really isn`t. I have made this sauce countless times and to rave reveiws always!!

Cherry Pie III

This was the best looking Cherry Pie I have ever made! Everything about the recipe was fabulous except... It was much too sweet! Not certain if it was my fault or the Recipes yet. Proceed with caution for now.

Honey Pork Oriental

I`ve made this dish w/variations for years with success! Cubed pork steak is a better and cheaper option. I use fresh garlic and ginger when I have it. I leave vinegar and some times honey out. Carrots are also an option. (I hate cooked carrots!) Different color peppers add eye appeal.If you enjoy spice, add some. Add additional ingredients you enjoy. There is no excuse for no taste in this recipe! Add what you like, play w/it a bit, it is versatile!
