This pulled pork was BOMB!!! I didn't exactly follow the recipe to a t, but I knew it would work with minimal fuss from reading the reviews. I bought a 3.5 lb of pork shoulder, cut it into five pieces to fit into my crock pot. I salted it well with garlic salt only, then placed it in the pot where I added 2/3 of a 20oz bottle of Hunt's Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce. I added 1/2 cup of beef broth. Then I set the crock pot to 5 hours on high. I took it out at 4.5 hrs...OMG! This pork was AMAZING! It flaked beautifully and just melted in your mouth. I buttered some sesame hamburger buns and added a little bit of BBQ on top of the meat.
I will definitely make this again and again. Easy and delicious.
