GA Peach Pound Cake
This recipe is simply wonderful. Followed the recipe to a T with a few additions from some of the reviews. I added 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon and almond extract. Instead of vanilla extract, I used vanilla bean paste. Coating the pan with sugar makes such a wonderful golden crust all over. I barely tapped off the sugar when coating my loaf pan. The key to this delicious recipe are having your eggs and butter at room temp., beating your sugar and butter until fluffy (very pale yellow color) , beating each egg throughly in the sugar and butter, and gradually adding the sifted dry ingredients. I did mine in thirds. 1-2-3-4 recipe! Will make this again with more fresh peaches.

German Chocolate Cake III
Made this cake for my husband's birthday. German Chocolate Cake is his favorite. I made chocolate buttercream to ice the cake and put the filling in between the layers and on top. Made Marzipan covered cherries dipped in ganache and almonds. He took it to work with him and it was a hit. No leftovers so I didn't get to taste the cake but I did taste the filling and the frosting. It was yummo! Thanks. =)

Perfumed Coconut Cake
My mother in law wanted me to make her a coconut cake with sugar free Pillsbury yellow cake mix. Was so happy to find this recipe. It was a hit. I did make a few changes. I used my own recipe for coconut buttercream. I torted my cake and filled it with the buttercream and unsweetened coconut. Did not use any pecans. It was so delish and the coconut flavor was on point. Thanks!=)
