Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2011
Great recipe. A good simple applesauce. I adjusted the sugar just a little because my apples were not as sweet. I also tripled the recipe and canned it. It made 3 pint jars with a little leftover for dinner. Make applesauce as directed and add a little lemon juice beore pouring into pints. Hot water processed for 15 minutes. Yummy!

This is best made the day before. I use a bit less sugar just because that is my personal preference. So good!

The Best and Cheesiest Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
Had this as an appetizer for a dinner party! Awesome! Served it in a small crock pot to keep warm(that is key) and served with mini bagel chips. Those were the best. Would def. make again. I did add a little garlic powder to the recipe and next time I think I would cut the recipe in half because it was a lot of dip. Especially if you are serving as an appetizer for only a few people. But if its a large party go ahead and make the full recipe. Everyone will love it. So cheesy!

Hash Brown Casserole II

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2004
This was great...the only thing I changed was instead of cornflakes I sauteed some bread crumbs and sprinkled them on top. I also added a bit more cheese just because my family loves cheese. This was delicious. I also made this once when I was in a hurry so instead of defrosting the hash browns I mixed everything while they were still frozen. Worked great just had to bake it longer.

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2003
These are the BEST pork chops I have ever had. They do taste like steak. My husband hates pork chops on the grill because they get too dry, but these were so moist. He even said they were "delicious". I only marinated them for 3 hours but the flavor still came through. I also basted them while they were on the grill. DELICIOUS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

This tasted really good, but i did find it was a bit greasy. The barbeque sauce really flavored the chicken well.

I LOVED this dressing. It was almost like a combo of Italian and Ranch. If you like ranch and Italian dressing, you'll love this.
