Beer Dip I

I love this dip, and i really hate beer! who knew! I used to use Hidden Valley brand ranch mix until i realized they use MSG, so I instead tried the Good Seasons garlic and Herb mix.....oh my goodness so much better! It has a deeper, herby, garlicky unctuousness. I also add a dollop of sour cream to make it even creamier.

Crab Dip II

I made this without celery (didnt have on hand) and used Mozzerella instead of the cheddar. It was still great!

Beer Cheese Dip II

I used Sierra Nevada Pale Ale for this, and 3/4 a bottle not 1/2 cup. I also used 2 cloves of FRESH garlic not garlic powder and it was perfect!

Dynamite Sauce

It didnt taste like the sauce i get at the sushi bar, so i tweaked it. I used 1/2 cup of mayo, 1 tablespoon of sriracha chili sauce, 1 tsp of seseme oil, 1 tsp cayenne pepper. perfect.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

the Au Jus was just to bland for me, so i added 2 beef broth cubes, and some minced garlic...at the end of 7 hours the roast was just too dry for my tastes, IF i make this again i will cook it for less time. we only ate half of it, and cut up the rest for chili.

Shredded Beef for Tacos

I used pork instead of beef for this, and beer instead of the wine and it came out perfectly. i love the cilantro and green onions at the end. We served this with some homemade guacamole, black beans and rice and the rest of the beer!

Slow Cooker Barbeque

I made this last night, used two bottles one KC masterpiece spicy original and one Kraft brown sugar BBQ sauce. I cooked it on low for 9 hours, drained some juice off and shredded it, then cooked for another 1/2 hour. IT WAS PERFECT! yummy, served with nice crusty rolls, and cole slaw. I will make this again...and again...and again. Next time i want to try a mustard base sauce.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

My husband LOVES alfredo sauce, so i decided to try this recipe. It was SO GOOD, but oh so rich! and not good for leftovers(when reheated the butter seperated and it was this globby mess), so eat the whole thing the first night. I would make this again!!
