Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: May 8, 2013
Like everything, the results of this recipe rely on the goods you begin with. Luckily, I had homegrown pork baby back ribs and Corky's Dry Rub. This recipe brought a wonderful dinner to our table, thanks!

Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
Man, this is good. I followed the ingredients to the letter, but I would make it a little spicier next time, perhaps adding more serrano. Easy and perfect for the tailgate!

This is incredible! Fresh tasting and so good for you, all the elements work well in this one. Tahini is expensive, but now I've got it and will make good use of it! Thanks so much!

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

Reviewed: May 29, 2011
Wow. I've never made crab dip before, but now we're in trouble. I've made this twice and could eat it for a meal. I have made a big fat pig of myself over this and I thank you with all my heart!

Easy White Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
YUM!! This was incredible! I used more chicken broth than the recipe called for, trying to stretch the meal because our son was home from college! I realized that it was too loose, so I tightened it up with some masa meal (tamale flour) which tightened it up and and really boosted the mex flavor!

Bacon Biscuit Wreath

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
This was so incredibly salty that we couldn't eat it. I used the Old English Kraft jarred cheese and Pillsbury Flaky Layers. The cheese burned to the non stick bundt pan, the biscuits didn't cook thoroughly and the whole mess was a waste.

Spicy Lime-Cilantro Marinated Flank Steak

Incredible. This recipe is awesome! I sub brown sugar for honey, sometimes and always add lots of ground cumin, but this is tremendous anyway. I use this as a marinade for fajitas... God Bless YOU!!

Slow Cooker Tamale Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
I thank you for this. I will make this again, but I will not use the packaged corn bread mix, it was so sweet, I did not like it. I will make the crust using masa harina and peppers. I also liked it better with black beans instead of the kidney beans.

Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
This was pretty good, made as directed. I wanted a bigger Thai inspired taste, so I doctored it up by adding 2 TBS sesame oil instead of the peanut butter. Right before I served it, I squeezed fresh lime juice, added Thai basil and cilantro and fresh bean sprouts. I plated the pork with sticky rice and boston lettuce leaves and the entire thing disappeared. Next time, I will double the meat! Thank you...

No way was 1/2 c of marinade enough for 4lbs of pork!!! I doubled it and still only used 3lbs of pork.

Rarely cook with yeast doughs, but the amount of reviews encouraged me. This turned out beautifully. I followed your recipe exactly as written. I am sending pics of the pizza I made. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will use it over and over. And to think, I have been buying mine for $4 a round at the local pizza joint. No more!!

This disappeared off the table. This is not overrated! Such a simple and delish meal! My son ate 4 tacos in corn tortillas with jack cheese and the juice ran down his arm! The rest of us ate it with cilantro rice. I am so grateful to you for sharing this fabulous recipe!!
