Chocolate Chess Pie II

Turned out OK, but I wasn't a fan of it. It was overly sweet with not enough chocolate flavor. Everyone else seemed to like it, though.

Lentil Stuffed Tomatoes

The rice and lentil mixture turned out undercooked and chewy. Otherwise, the dish was just OK--not awful but just kind of boring. Will not make this again.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

This cake is fantastic. I made it for a party, and it was a hit. My brother in law described it as "like diving into a vat of chocolate." Yum!

Grandma Betty's Ice Cream Cake

The cake tastes good, but honestly, it just ends up tasting like pudding with crust. Why go through the trouble? Also, 16 ounces of crackers was WAY too much. I ended up throwing half of the crust mixture away, and the crust I used was too crumbly because there wasn't enough butter for the amout of crackers.

Black-Eyed Peas and Tortillas

This is a great and very tasty recipe, but I'm not sure how they can claim this serves 4. It was barely enough to fill 3 tortillas. I recommend at least doubling the recipe.
