I thought this recipe was great as is! I used it to decorate mini pumpkin cupcakes. It piped on beautifully then my daughter added sprinkles. I put the cupcakes in the fridge to set the frosting as the party was a few hours off. The frosting has a nice sheen and is plenty sweet for the kids and not too sweet for adults.
