Restaurant-Style Potato Salad

The flavor was wonderful, everything was great. I made it exactly to the recipe and everyone loved it. Will definitely be my favorite from now on

This was wonderful I thought. Not too sweet, just perfect. My grandmother just loved it and she really doesn't even like blueberries. I used fresh blueberries! I didn't have lemon extract so I used lemon juice and doubled what it called for. I also tossed the blueberries in lemon juice before I added them to the mixture. Wonderful!!! Thank you!

Dave's Coleslaw

I really enjoyed this coleslaw recipe. I took it to a family christmas party and they loved it! It would be wonderful on sandwiches I agree. Some put on their ham sandwiches also. It would be perfect for pulled pork or reuben sandwiches. It tastes very close to KFC's coleslaw. Also, I enjoyed it the next day, but didn't care for it the 3rd day (does that make sense?). Wonderful recipe and will definitely keep.

Cherry Snowballs

These were a perfect Christmas Cookie! I will definitely include this in my yearly cookie batches! I added Green Food Coloring to some and used green maraschino cherries to them. I also added some of the maraschino cherry juice and vanilla extract to the icing to give a little extra flavor. My family is Italian, and I made some red, white, and green ones, and assembled them on a platter in the shape of an Italian Flag and everyone loved them! Thank you so much!

Greek Pasta Salad I

I thought it was very good. It was a little stronger (the red wine vinegar taste) then i would have normally like it, but none the less, I would make it again. I added some cucumbers, left out the tomatoes. I added also some red onions and substituted the black olives for calamata olives. Everyone loved it! Thanks!

Cannoli Cake Roll

I loved this recipe! I took it to a family function (my family is very old fashioned Sicilian) and they loved it. I used Orange Juice to substitute the orange liqueur and it came out great. I will definitely keep this one!
