Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Two stars because this recipe did not work out for me. The cookies came out super flat and fell apart even though I cooked them longer. They tasted good though, they just need something to stay together better.

Maria's Pepper Steak
I don't eat meat but made it for my boyfriend. He gives it 5 stars and says it tastes like it's from a restaurant. When I was cooking it I thought it smelled bad so I added a little fresh lemon pepper but I'm not sure how much that changed the taste. I only put in 1/2 tsp. I did taste a little of the sauce and it tasted good to me. I also added some mushrooms since I had those to get rid of.

Easy Sugar Cookies
I followed the recipe and this was easy for a novice baker like myself. The first time I made them I didn't soften the butter enough so they came out crumbly. The second time around was much better and I was able to roll them out and use cookie cutters. The texture was soft and slightly crispy. I also made my own frosting using about a cup of confectionary sugar mixed with a couple teaspoons of almond milk.
