Ricardo's Pizza Crust

This is the best pizza ever! My husband and 10 year old daughter tell me it is the best pizza they have ever eaten and always ask me to make it for them. No more delivery for us! I usually make it with a sautted onion and oregano topping, mozzarella and black olives. It´s our family favorite. When my daughter´s friends invite her for dinner and their moms make pizza, she tells them I make the best pizza ever. The moms always ask for the recipe and after trying it, they all agree! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

Simply put... Out of this world muffins!!! So easy to make and the combinations are endless. Just use your imagination or use the ingredients you have at home ( I came up with strawberry yogurt and fresh bananas... MmMmMmM!) Thank you for the recipe!

Caramelized Red Bell Peppers and Onions

Excellent recipe!!! I have received so many compliments from my guests, everyone goes for seconds... and more! The red wine does add a special touch that has everyone guessing what the secret ingredient is. Thank you for sharing.

Panettone II

This Panettone is wonderful!!!! My 10 year old daughter does not eat Panettone and decided to try this one, she came for seconds! I followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect. The only addition I made was "Agua de Azahar" a typical vanilla like ingredient for Panettones, if you have the chance of getting it, add 1 1/2 tsp, you will not regret it! Maybe next time I will bake 5 to 10 minutes less in order to avoid a "crunchy" crust and will try adding nuts and almonds since my husband loves them. For the holidays I plan on glazing it and decorating with festive cherries. Thank you for the recipe! This will be the only Panettone in my house from now on!
