Chicken Chimichangas with Sour Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2014
Awesome! Made the recipe as is, but i did double the spices as others had suggested. I also baked instead of fried. Will make this again!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2014
This recipe is great! I followed the recipe as is(didnt brown the meat first). I added a little extra beef broth and added some water because I like it with a little more broth. I went a little heavy on the veggies and added some chunks of fresh jersey tomato and sweet peas!

BLT Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2014
This recipe is amazing. Whenever I make it or bring it to an event, everyone asks me for the recipe. I also add a small can of tomato paste(i use about 1/2 or 3/4's of the can, unless I double the recipe I'll use the entire can) to enhance the tomato flavor, which made it perfect. I also add shredded lettuce and extra diced tomatoes. I toast baguette slices for dipping! This dip still tastes great with light sour cream/mayo.

California Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2013
This one is a keeper! I also marinated the chicken in lime juice and cilantro for 2-3 hours. Then I pretty much followed the recipe as is. I served it with a half piece of corn on the cob and a small spinach salad with fat free vidalia onion/summer tomato dressing. An interesting way to use veggies fresh from the farm stand for a delicious summer dinner!
