Egg Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2010
Wonderful! I added these to chicken noodle soup and everyone loved them! I didn't have time to air dry them and they turned out just fine.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
Sooo good. These are now my husband's favorite Christmas cookie. I definitely recommend making them in the mini muffin pan. I froze my peanut butter cups as others have suggested. Be sure to push the peanut butter cup all the way down. I was afraid I was going to have a hard time getting the cookie out of the pan, but they slip out perfectly with the help of a butter knife. Great recipe! Would give it more stars if I could!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2008
This is so good. I made this for a casual party at a friends house and had three people ask for for the recipe. I followed the recipe exactly except I substituted blackberries (halved) for the raspberries and spread Smart Balance on the tortillas. Very good. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Excellent soup!! Made this for our neighbors and they had three bowls. I used 2% milk and light sour cream and followed the rest of the directions exactly. This will be a cold weather staple in our home.

Apple Orchard Punch

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2004
Very good! Just made this for Thanksgiving and it was perfect for those who didn't want anything alcoholic Although it would probably be excellent spiked with rum). Would make again.

Amy's Sausage Apple Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2004
I thought this recipe was very good. I strongly disagree with anyone giving a recipe a bad review (like the reviewer before me) just because its not a healthy recipe. Everyone is entitled to splurge every so often. If you're looking for a healthy recipe, just keep looking and don't unfairly review a recipe.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Great recipe! I used half Granny Smith and half Fugi apples, but otherwise didn't change a thing. My boyfriend ate this in two days.

Cream Cheese Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2004
Very Good! Very moist, flavorful, and hard to stop picking at. I doubled the recipe and made it in a bundt pan with the streusel layer on top of the cream cheese layer. I also added cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg to the batter. There was too much batter and filling for one bundt pan when doubling, so I made a second cake using a round cakepan and gave it to the neighbors (who loved it). Will make again--would be great for company.

Lighter Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2003
Very good. I only had two small bananas on hand, so I added about 3/4 cup canned pumpkin and some cinnamon and nutmeg. Adding walnuts would have made it perfect, but I was out of those too. Not too dense or too low-fat tasting at all.

Yum Yum Cake III

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2003
This is a great recipe that I've been making for several years. Its a very refreshing summer dessert. The only thing I do different is replace the water that the cake mix calls for with the pineapple juice that has been drained from the crushed pinapple.

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2003
This is the best asparagus recipe. I have never had asparagus as good as this! I used a vegetable peeler to shave my cheese (a generous amount) and did everything according to the recipe without modifications. Excellent!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I have made this recipe many times and have always received many raves about it. I've made this with fat-free sour cream and a bit less butter and it still tastes wonderful. A keeper!
