The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

I used venison burger and tossed half of the meat balls in baby rays BBQ and the other half in sweet chilli sause. Both were fantastic. Also, I make 6 pounds at a time and either refreeze the mix or pre-cook the meatballs and freeze just like the bag of meat balls you buy at costco only 10 times better (no offense costco cause I love ya)

Kung Pao Chicken

I cooked this for my father and husband. They thought it was wonderful and my dad doesn't usually like rice dishes. It seems a little thick so I added soy sauce and that was a mistake because it made it a little too salty. I would prefer a little more sauce.

These were so good. You can substitude the meats for whatever you have but what made the dish was the mustard so don't leave that out.

Cheesy Hash Brown Bake

Very good. I think adding diced ham would make this recipe even better. Also, spread thin in a larger baking dish is better since it is a little rich. I put green onions in and it was very good.

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread

Soooo good. I served this with pasta and doubled the parmesan. You can add any herbs you like and it turns out excellent. If you don't have the right pan just use a regular pie pan and put a mason jar in the middle of it.
