Caribbean Rum Punch

I didn't add the simple syrup because I don't like drinks to be too sweet. Also, I couldn't find bitters at the liquor store, so I used Island punch pucker. It was so good!

Easy Cheese Ball II

This was a pretty good cheese ball followed exactly. Next time I will try it with bacon like another reviewer suggested. I will also cut back on the ranch seasoning slightly.

Acorn Squash

I love squash this way! You can completely skip step 2 and just cook them a little longer with the butter and sugar inside.

Butternut and Acorn Squash Soup

I used just acorn squash because we had leftovers from roasting it the night before. It is a good soup, but I can't eat much of it due to it's overwhelming squash flavor. I guess that's what it's supposed to taste like though!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Great recipe. The only thing I changed was adding diced rotisserie chicken instead of canned. It was great! I would NOT add more hot sauce. Also, I just threw everything in the crock pot together. That was much easier, and I don't think it changed anything.

Tater Tot Casserole I

Like others, I precooked the tater tots, which turned out good. Instead of adding an extra egg, I added a bit of mayo and added broccoli (we ate it for dinner). It was delicious!

Great recipe! After reading the review that said the name was misleading, I didn't it expect it to be "mocha-y" but it was. My house was filled with an unbelievably delicious chocolaty smell. And the flavor was slightly chocolaty and so good!

Chicken and Bowtie Pasta with Asiago Cream Sauce

I substituted bacon, parmesan and half and half because that was what I had on hand. It turned out great. Very rich though; it must be really rich with heavy cream.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Good recipe - very rich! It doesn't specify the heat to cook the bacon on, which was fine - I know how to cook bacon - but it doesn't tell you to change the temperature before you put the eggs in. Mine almost scrambled, but I saved them. The recipe should be more specific.
