Frosty Strawberry Pie

I found it to work much better when I eventually froze it, as it never really appeared set in the fridge, despite 5 hours of chilling.

This truly is spectacular lemonade. A bit sweet so Im adding water or lots of ice as I drink. Great tip from another reviewer - do NOT play around, stir, or mix rinds, just let sugar and then water sit and then remove carefully to prevent bitterness.

Iced Tea III

I used decaf orange pekoe tea bags as I am expecting and trying to cut down on caffeine and it turned out great. I added 1 extra tea bag and decreased the concentrate by a bit for less sweet.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I give this a 25 out of 5. These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever EATEN, let alone made. Slightly crispy outside and moist, chewy and chocolately inside!!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Not the crispy edges, chewy middles type of chocolate chip cookies I like (more fluffy), but my husband loved the banana element, says he likes them better than average chocolate chip cookies as not as sweet. Great way to use those ripe, frozen bananas I have had in my freezer forever. 4 smaller frozen bananas=1 cup mashed banana.
