Eggplant Parmesan with Fresh Basil and Smoked Mozzarella

This was very easy to make and very yummy! I used regular mozzarella cheese and seasoned the bread crumbs with pepper and parsley. Would make this again for sure.

Beef Stroganoff III

This was super easy to make and will make it again with a few changes: use half the amount of sour cream as it gave an overpowering taste, add green peas, use a regular onion in addition to the green onions, three cloves of garlic chopped and more mushrooms (fresh). Thanks for sharing!

Buttermilk Pancakes I

I used some of the tips and suggestions from other reviews. I used 2tablespoons of sugar, omited the oil and used 2tablespoons of melted butter and added 1teaspoon of vanilla. The pancakes came out great, however I found them a little too sweet so next time I will use 1tablespoon of sugar. They were very fluffy thanks!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

This was very easy to make and turned out great! I used some feedback from other reviews and added the breadcrumbs into the melted butter. It made it easier to spread over the salmon. Will make this again.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I made this for the first time and it turned out great. I made a few changes as per other reviews: added 1tsp of cinnamon and mixed with the apples, used half the amount of sugar (I don't like pies that are too sweet) and made a regular pie crust (inserted a small hole in the center with 4 slits to allow the mixture to 'escape'. I brushed the top of my pie with egg but you can use milk too. Next time I will mix the hot sugar mix with the apples before I put it into the baking dish.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

This is a great recipe - but I made a few modifications: added green onion opposed to a regular onion, pickle, little bit of mustard, less mayo and ommited the bacon. Everyone loved it thx for the recipe!

Beef Stew VI

The overall flavour was good, however the sauce was too thin. I think this is more of a soup rather than a stew. With the beef brouillon it was also a bit too salty.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Cranberry Muffins

Good muffins! I took some advice from the other reviews. I added a little more vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. I will make this again and maybe substitute the oil with butter. I also sprinkled some sugar on top of the muffins for the last 5mins of baking. Everyone loved the tartness and orange taste. Thanks!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

I only gave this a 3 because it didn't turn out smooth as other frosting recipes I've used in the past. I will try again and beat the frosting longer as maybe this was my mistake.

Lemon Cranberry Muffins

I the recipe exactly as written, with the exception of using some fresh lemon zest (1 teaspoon). I did not like the taste of the muffins neither did my husband. It took 22mins to bake. I don't think that I will try this again.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

The recipe turned out great. I gave this four stars due to feedback I took from other reviews. I added 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. I also baked this for 22mins. This was very easy and will make it again!

Best Tuna Casserole

I took the advice from another review and used a red onion opposed to a regular yellow onion. I also added some pepper, paprika and chili flakes to add some spice into the dish. I did not find this dish dry at all. Absolutely loved it and will make it again!
