Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2008
Delicious--definitely need a glass of milk (or at least some water) to wash these down, though! I used Trader Joe's Natural Creamy Salted Peanut Butter (I drained the oily layer from the top of the jar before using), Light Brown Sugar, 1 Large Egg and about 1/2-1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract and they turned out WONDERFULLY! Can't beat how simple these are, especially for a gluten-free cookie!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

so good, fantastic texture...i added some pumpkin pie spice to the icing, added a nice extra bit of flavor. also, I didn't read the recipe very carefully, and used an entire small can of libby's pumpkin (I think about 15 oz) instead of just a cup. turned out more like pumpkin muffin tops, which my family LOVED

This was a great start to my day! I used a brioche like bread which paired very well with this dish.

These are good, simple cookies. I think about a teaspoon of almond extract added to the batter would be helpful.

Quick Brownbag Burritos

People don't believe me when I tell them how easy it is to make these. Pace Medium Picante Sauce is my favorite salsa to use for this. If you have any leftover chicken it's also really good shredded on top of this.

Simply AMAZING! This is one of my favorite dishes to order out, so nice to be able to make this at home. I used California chilies, it was the perfect amount of spice.

Sancocho

This is a great dish, pretty easy too, one of my friends and I made it in my dorm kitchen for a class project (really impressed the teacher). Half a recipe is more than enough for 6 people. Made a lot of friends with this recipe :).

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2005
These are delicious, easy cookies. I made them with crunchy peanut butter and didn't use baking soda and they came out amazing. Everyone in my dorm absolutely raved about them and couldn't believe it when I told them that they didn't have flour in them.

This is an awesome recipe for caramels. Suprisingly easy to make and taste great. Definately use a Dutch oven to make them.

Easy Tootsie Rolls

WOW. Did not enjoy these at all. They DO NOT taste better, or even similar, to tootsie rolls. A major disappointment!!!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2002
this is the best caesar salad ever!!! making it in a food processor quickens up the pace. i also enjoy making it with an extra clove of garlic, instead of the anchovies, like TMART68376 suggested. a member of my family absolutally hates salads, but requests this salad to be made often.

Festive Onions

Reviewed: May 18, 2000
such a great recipe, definitely no need for all that butter though, melting enough to coat the pan before sautéing onions is PLENTY, I like to keep the onions a little bit undercooked before putting them into the oven where they finish up and have the best texture. definitely a staple dish prepared at all holidays in my family and whenever we roast chicken. sooo good and simple
