High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

I followed this recipe to the letter. For seasoning I used Kosher salt, black pepper and onion powder. Right before plating I turned on the broiler just to warm up the roast abit. It was perfect! So tasty, so tender....

Sweet Potato Pie from EAGLE BRAND®

This recipe is the best! I used to make sweet potato pies with my mom when I was younger and there was always alot of guessing how it would turn out. This recipe was so easy to work with and the result was absolute perfection. My husband and I killed it quickly.
