Cajun Catfish Supreme

awesome. very creamy sauce. thought it would be hard to find cream of shrimp after reading reviews but it was at kroger's (live in dallas,tx). i got campbell's cream of shrimp in the soup aisle. there are also cream of shrimp recipes online and this website that will actually mail it to you (sorry, dont have address). will make again

Banana Bread

pretty good. i added 1/2 tsp. cinammon and vanilla with half cup brown sugar and half cup white sugar, and 4 bananas. also followed another reader by topping the bread with 2tbs melted butter, 2tbs brown sugar, dash of cinammon, and some pecans before baking. the bread was a little sweet for me but overall had good banana flavor and good texture.

very good. my cheescake was firm but had 2 huge cracks when i checked it 2hrs after baking. maybe i should have tried the water bath. the taste was great though.

Alfredo Sauce

i used fresh parmesan and 2 cloves of garlic like others suggested. my friend said it was the best she's ever had. i thought it was ok. it started getting gritty towards the end of dinner.

Garlic Chicken

I followed others and doubled the recipe, used chicken tenders, italian bread crumbs, and marinated for 2 hrs. I also used chopped garlic in a jar. My party of 3 liked it. My boyfriend gives it a 4. I thought it was too salty. But then, I usually think many things are too salty. So, I guess majority rules! Putting my bland taste buds aside, I baked it for 30 minutes at 425 degrees and it didnt make it dry.
