Becoming a "new" single man at 65 and not having done much cooking for quite a few years I ran across this recipe in a search for what to do with packages and packages of frozen bone in chicken thighs that my daughter picked up at Costco to make sure the dad had enough food in the house to last until her next trip home from college! Although I didn't have everything for the proper recipe I used a little sesame oil and mesquite seasoning for the thighs. I did the "bake and then broil" method at 375 for 40 min and then another 5 minutes with broil and a touch of Louisiana terriaki sauce for the crisping time. Served with wild rice and steamed broccoli I was quite surprised at just how delicious this turned out with enough left for 2 more meals. Kudos for posting this....It's quick, easy and even a klutz in the kitchen can make it without a screwup...
