Asparagus Casserole

Easy Key Lime Pie I

My best friend loves Key Lime pie so I made this recipe for her on her birthday last year. Needless to say, it's a year later and she's made a birthday request for the same Key Lime pie. It's easy and delicious!

New York Cheesecake II

Wow! Made this for Mother's Day and it was a hit. Everyone wanted the recipe before they went home. I fancied it up by topping it off with drizzled chocolate and toasted macadamia nuts. This one's going in my recipe book!!

I followed recipe exactly but my dough never thickened enough to knead. It was more like a thick batter. I just dropped spoonfuls into oil.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds

I made the mistake of using raw whole almonds. The sugar coating turned out great but the nut was raw tasting and chewy. Tried baking them a little longer but the coating was then overcooked. I'm definitely gonna try again with roasted whole almonds.

Real Italian Calzones

I made smaller sized calzones to serve as appetizers and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the way the dough crisped on the out outside and soft and moist inside. I substituted the cheddar with mozzarella and added a link of hot italian sausage (cooked and crumbled). This recipe is a definite keeper.
