Basic Microwave Risotto
Awesome!!!! I have tried making risotto the regular way and it is so time consuming! This was PERFECT! I only added more parmesan cheese and used chicken broth (did not have vegetable broth).

World's Best Lasagna
Awesome awesome awesome! My husband's family are Italian and they LOVED this recipe. I followed the exact recipe and did not change one part of this recipe (except no salt!). Absolutely wonderful, I will only use this recipe from now on!
