Bacalao a la Vizcaina (Basque Style Codfish Stew)

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2012
OMG, this is absolutely delicious. Made according to recipe. Next time will add a little more Cod. I used Frozen Cod and had to add a little salt to dish since Cod was not salted. This was a BIG hit in my family tonight. Cooked Yucca for a side dish.

This Stew was a big hit in my home. I used half red potatoes and half sweet potatoes. I took the advice from reviews and added Cumin and used butternut squash instead of pumpkin. This is a great stew. Served it with warm Irish soda bread.

Braised Corned Beef Brisket

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2014
Delicious!! I will always cook my corn beef this way for now on. My family and guest loved this recipe. I followed the recipe with one change. I used 1 bottle of Guinness Beer in roasting pan instead of the 2tbl of water. The dripping from the cooked meat and the beer mixture made good juice for spreading over meat and vegetables. I will definitely keep this recipe and will used for now on. Thanks for sharing.

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2013
I just made this Caesar recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe called. It is absolutely delicious. Thought I made use the other reviewers ideas about the red wine vinegar and milk. After making the dressing as the recipe, it did not need one thing. I love it!!!!! Note: if you use anchovies, use very little or no salt. Anchovies are already salty. This dressing had me licking the spoon from the food Processor. Cant wait to make it for my daughter who loves chix Caesar salad.
