Bacalao a la Vizcaina (Basque Style Codfish Stew)

OMG, this is absolutely delicious. Made according to recipe. Next time will add a little more Cod. I used Frozen Cod and had to add a little salt to dish since Cod was not salted. This was a BIG hit in my family tonight. Cooked Yucca for a side dish.

Italian Sausage Soup

This is so good. I did use a 1/4c red wine and extra garlic. Took the advice of others and used 2 stalks of celergy and extra beef broth. I did not use any salt. I did use low sodium beef broth. I made the soup with 1/2 Italian turkey sausage and hot regular Italian. Delicious!!!! Will make again.

Pesto Primavera Tortellini with Chicken

This recipe was awesome. My family loved the flavor. Did not make Pesto from scratch , used a good brand of Pesto in jar. (Didn't have the time.) Next time I will make the homemade. Also, next time I will try ground Italian sausage instead of chicken.

Mint-Tomato Sauce for Lamb

I made this recipe to go with my Leg of Lamb for Easter. It taste so good. Will use any left for salad dressing. I did use a full cup of mint instead of 1/2cup.

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing

After reading the reviews I tweak this recipe just a little . Used 3 cherry tomatoes and 1tbsp of ketchup. 1/4c of both peanut oil and sesame oil to create the 1/2c of oil. As suggested by others I used less onion. My family loved this recipe.

Cazuela de Vaca (Beef and Pumpkin Stew)

This Stew was a big hit in my home. I used half red potatoes and half sweet potatoes. I took the advice from reviews and added Cumin and used butternut squash instead of pumpkin. This is a great stew. Served it with warm Irish soda bread.

Carrot Cake

I made this recipe for Easter. It was a big hitt. Guest wanted to take some home. Only changes were I usedc 3 cups of the confectioner"s sugar and addedd 5-6 tsp of pineapple juice to the frosting that came from the drained pineapples . Also I made a 2 layer cake. Yummy !!! Will make again.

Caesar Salad Supreme

I just made this Caesar recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe called. It is absolutely delicious. Thought I made use the other reviewers ideas about the red wine vinegar and milk. After making the dressing as the recipe, it did not need one thing. I love it!!!!! Note: if you use anchovies, use very little or no salt. Anchovies are already salty. This dressing had me licking the spoon from the food Processor. Cant wait to make it for my daughter who loves chix Caesar salad.

Cuban-Style Yucca

I took others advice to add orange jucie, lime juice and cilantro to this recipe. I put the above items in blender and than added it the the recipe. Delicious!!

Ceviche Peruano

Our neighbor from Peru loved this recipe. It tasted just like the Ceviche that he makes. My hubby and I loved this recipe. If you like Ceviche, this is the best recipe. ( Peru style )

French Quarter Bread Pudding

This is absolutely that best bread pudding in the world. I use d the bourbon sauce topping from allrecipes. I did need to make more juice for the bread pudding. ( too dry ) Other then that i this is a great recipe. I my guest loved it.

This is a really good recipe. The entire guest loved it. Maybe next time I will add one chicken breast to add more meat. This is a keeper. Great for a Sunday dinner. My sides were boiled corn and salad.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

This is a really good pizza. I did make some of the changes made by others. I thinly sliced 1 stalk of celery and 1/2 c of thinly sliced Red onions. Sautée 2 cloves of garlic, red onions and celery in skillet with olive oil. I prebaked the crust about 6-8mins. Spead blue cheese dressing over crust . Add chicken and Spead olive oil mixture on top of chicken. Add cheese. I used cheddar, mozzarella, provolone. Hubby and I loved it. It's a keeper.
