Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2003
LOVE this recipe!!! My husband and I are on low carbs and I will make this often. Next time I will double the recipe and make in a 9 x 13 baking dish. I wouldn't change a thing except maybe to add mushrooms or ham like others suggested. Thank you for sharing!

Rhubarb Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2005
VERY, VERY GOOD! I made this recipe last night to take to work today. Everyone loved it and wants the recipe. I used a scant tablespoon of lemon juice in milk instead of the buttermilk. I also used about 3 1/2 to 4 cups of rhubarb. I will make this again and can't wait to share the recipe with the nice man that sold me the rhubarb at Farmer's Market. Thank you for sharing, Barb!

Best Ever Popcorn Balls

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2008
This was my first time making popcorn balls and I'm ready to make my 3rd batch of these! I used 3 bags of kettle corn and added 1 tsp of vanilla. SO easy and SO good!! I bought more popcorn tonight so I can take more to my son's school party.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
These are a favorite in my family! I did make a couple of changes. I added 1 tsp. of Pumpkin Pie Spice to the dry ingredients and sprinkled chopped walnuts over the icing. Everyone will be asking you for the recipe!

Monster Cookies VI

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
I make these cookies for every holiday! I use M&M's to match the holiday- red and green for Christmas, red/white/blue for the 4th of July, etc. The only thing I change is that I only put in 1 cup of brown sugar. Very good! Adults and kids both love them!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
I have been using this recipe for years to bake holiday sugar cookies. The only things I have changed is that I use 1 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening and that I increase the vanilla to 1 1/2 teaspoons. I also used the Sugar Cookie Frosting recipe from this site. Both are wonderful recipes!

Big Batch Kris Kringle Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
I just made these and they are awesome! I did not change a thing! These will definitely be a huge hit at our family get-togethers. The flavor from the toasted pecans put them over the top! I will never skip that step in any of my other cookie recipes calling for pecans....I can't believe the difference!
