Cheesiest Potatoes Casserole

This took even longer than an hour in my oven. Next time I will cover the potatoes and cook them on a higher temperature maybe 350. Other than that they turned out really good!

Garlic Chicken

Definately cover the chicken for most of the baking time. I also minced the garlic and browned it, used a little extra Parm and Italian flavored breadcrumbs. Also I coated the chicken in egg, then flour, then oil and then the breadcrumbs. It helps everything stick together a little bit better. It was very good!
