Had entire family at cottage this past weekend, 90+ outside and I annouced we were having turkey. Everyone thought I was crazy. My son helped me with my adventure. I used suggestions from others and used a bundt pan to "sit" the turkey in and used 4 wire bent coathangers, covered in aluminum foil, push up the pan into the bird as the support. Soaked the bird in "out of this world brine" by SUDEMERS from Allrecipes. This was the best turkey we have had! We will now be cooking our Thanksgiving turkey this way. would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Out of this World Turkey Brine

Never have I used brine before and I was a little nervous as to how my bird would turn out. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! We will never eat turkey any other way! Hope to try it with pork next. We cooked the turkey using "Garbage Can Turkey" by GLORIA2003 from Allrecipes.

Amish Bread

Oh my, I have been making this bread for a few months now and realized I never reviewed it. If I could give it 10 stars I would! I make this bread twice a week, we cant get enough of it. I did make a slight change. The flour I use is 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white.

Libby's® Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

I will add a small loaf to each of my cookie trays, which I give as gifts. I havae family members that do not like cranberries and they liked this bread. A new Christmas favorite.

I do not know what happened! We did not eat this bread. It was not 1 1/2 lb, I use mozz. cheese like another suggested. Will not make again

Megan's Granola

I have made this twice now and WOW! We were on vacation in August and purchased homemade granola at a fair. When I arrived back home I decided to search for a recipe. This is the best! I did use others suggestions of increasing the oats, using flax and wheat germ. I also add unsweetened coconut and omitted the walnuts but increased the other nuts.
