Lentil and Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
This soup was delicious and so easy to make! I followed the recipe to the tee and it definitely makes more than 10 servings. My husband said it even tasted better than his grandmother's Bulgarian version. I will definitely be making this again.

Cream Cheese Squares

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
Even though my husband loved it, the cream cheese was just too much for me. I usually like cream cheese but the amount was a lot. I think it may have tasted better too if puff pastry was used rather than the crescent rolls. The dough felt too thick.

One Pot Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
Wow, this dish was super cheap to make and delicious! I'm giving it 4 stars because it was looking dry so I read more of the reviews and added another can of cream of mushroom and luckily I had another can of tuna to add as well. We plan on making it again later this week. :)

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
My husband adamantly stated that he hated banana bread, but somehow he came to love this one! I was able to make 2 loaves out of the recipe. It's great for breakfast or as a snack. This is for sure staying in my recipe box.

Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
I followed this recipe exactly and I was not a fan of this dish, very greasy/oily. I'm still looking for that perfect Mac & Cheese recipe.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
So, I followed the recipe to the T and it came out perfectly! I put the quiche mixture into a 10x13 casserole dish and it did not come out liquidy at all. It was very light and fluffy. I made it 2 times in one week, it's that good! The only thing is, that 30 minutes is too little time for the quiche to cook. It took me about 50 - 60 minutes. Other than that, it was delicious.
