This is a great and easy bread recipe. I have recommended it to people that are baking bread from scratch for the first time due to its simplicity and ease. Mind you, I've only been making bread from scratch for about 18 months.
A word of caution though, watch your measures and proof your yeast as suggested. I might have been a little 'happy' with the sugar the first few times that I made made this myself as it was sweeter than I expected. Otherwise it is a great all around sandwich/white loaf!
