Brazilian Black Bean Stew
This was an okay recipe. It definitley isn't bland or needing spice, as some others reviewed. I think if you start with a good quality chorizo it's a good flavor base. Fresh mango could almost be used as a generous garnish, just to not lose the freshness of it. But overall it's very tomato flavored and it really overpowers the other flavors. I am hoping the leftovers will have time to mellow out and it will taste more balanced tomorrow. Especially because it made a TON of food!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
This is a great recipe. I've made cinnamon rolls a couple times before and they were a total flop, but these are very tender, moist, and not too sweet. In my opinion they don't need a glaze or icing. The only complaint is that they took much longer than ninety minutes to make - more like 2 hours start to finish. But that being said I never would have made them if I thought it would take longer, and I'm sure glad I did!

Thai Green Curry Chicken
This was the best Thai dish I have eaten! I didn't have soy sauce on hand and it was perfect without. I also added a few shreds of Thai basil to finish and served with rice, amazing!. I agree with other reviews that it doesn't really need the sugar but it can help cut the heat if needed. This has a nice medium heat to it. Next time I want to try and add a kaffir lime leaf to the sauce while simmering. Thank you for sharing your great recipe!!
