Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
Wow!! Made this for dinner on Friday and it was GREAT! I didn't have the seasoned bread crumbs on hand so I used plain and added garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and pepper along with the other ingredients and the flavor was wonderful...I didn't have a problem with it not being crispy...I served it with red sauce and thin spaghetti and italian cheese blend on top...I felt the chicken was good enought to eat alone! Definately a keeper...thanks for the recipe!!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2008
OK...first off...can I say OMG!! Was this gooood! I wish I could rate higher...hubby thought the dumplings were homemade! I had to keep telling him they were store brand biscuits...if those were that good...can't wait to try the Grands biscuits...YUM! I only used 3 large frozen chicken breasts...and there was plenty of chicken....one can chicken broth and one can water...and took the advice of other reiviewers and flatten out the biscutis and cut into strips and tossed in the last hour of cooking on high....Wonderful!! This is definately a keeper....thanks for posting!!!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2007
WOW!!!! I just made these for dinner tonight and talk about amazing!! Some of the best chicken I have had in awhile. My new favorite way to make chicken kabobs....the only things I did different was too add chopped minced garlic to the marinade mixture and seasoned black pepper...was all I had on hand...and used lower sodium soy sauce. I made two batches of the marinade...one to be used for basting VERY often while grilling. The chicken came out SUPER moist! My neighbor stopped by while out grilling and saw what was cooking and said that she deffinately wanted this recipe! Thanks for posting!!!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2005
What can I say but YUM!!! I made these last night as part of my husband's birthday dinner and they were WONDERFUL! I took the advice of some of the other reviewer's and while making the sauce I added some minced garlic to the butter stage....and then I use 2 cups 4 cheese classic melts (shredded cheese) and then added a cup of extra sharp cheddar cheese....and while assembling I layered it....putting potatoes (6 yukon gold) and then sliced onion, then sauce and repeated it...twice.....I could have sat and ate the whole dish!! They smelled awesome cooking!! Thanks for the recipe.

I am giving this recipe 5 stars because my husband really liked it....I made it this morning as part of his birthday breakfast....myself I don't think that maple flavoring is my thing.....the gravy itself was not hard to make at all...the end reults were great....looked wonderful....had a nice color and texture to it...next time I will use regular sausage with this recipe....definately will be using again!!!!

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2005
Wonderful recipe!!! It had a very nice presentation.....The best lasagna I have ever had....the only changes I made to it was...I add half a can of pasta sauce...since I like mine really saucey....and used all the meat sauce in the two layers and topped the last of the noodles with remaining sauce from the can....and then topped that with mozzarella cheese slices....bakes up bubbly and the cheese gets a little brown...YUM!

Old-Fashioned Potato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2005
Let me say that I was skeptical about the outcome of this recipe....I was wooried that it wasn't going to turn out right...It turned out fabulous!! My husband commented all throughout dinner how much he liked the soup....I took the advice of others and sauted some celery with the leaves along with the margarine and onions....and I diced up some baby carrots with my chopper to cook along with the potatoes....and I topped the soup with some crumbled bacon and cheese...just needed to add a bit of salt....WONDERFUL!!! Will be making again and again and again! Thanks for the recipe!
