Fluffy Pancakes

I made these last night. I added a bit more milk, but other then that followed the directions. These were the BEST pancakes I think I've ever had. I will NEVER buy a mix again. Don't fret the vinegar....you don't taste it at all. My 6 year old grandson ate 3 and said they were the best pancakes ever. Thanks for sharing this.

World's Best Lasagna

I made these Christmas Eve and they were awesome. I used sweet Italian sausage from Johnsville (I had a little trouble finding the sausage). I did use 1 lb of hamburger, because I didn't want to waste it. I didn't use the feenel seeds or onion (I'm anti-onion), but did use some onion powder. Everyone loved them and the leftover's were even better the next day. I think my search for a lasagna recipe is over. This is a keeper. Thank you Johnchandler!

Classic Cinnamon Rolls

These are wonderful. I've been making cinnamon rolls for years and I do think these are the best yet. I needed to add a bit more flour then called for but that was all. I wasn't sure how many potatoes to use....I did 3 small-med and had leftover mashed potatoes. I'll do 2 next time. I used the frosting from the clone of a cinnnabon, which I think is the best. Next time I'll add more filling....I think that was the only flaw to this recipe.. Thanks...I'll make them often.

Angel Food Cake I

This was WONDERFUL!!!! I bought egg whites at the store and only sifted it one time. I discovered I need a new sifter. Baked it just 50 minutes and it was WONDERFUL. I served it with strawberries, but think it's better all on it's own. It didn't get very high though, but that sure didn't make any difference to the taste. Thanks!!!

Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwich

Fudge Puddles

These were great. The only thing different I did was to melt the chocolate chips in the microwave....worked great. Put the chips in for about 1 min, then stir and add the milk. Nuke for about 1 more minute or until melted....then add the vanilla and stir. I just filled mine with a spoon and that worked good. If the choc got hard I heated for abt 30 seconds in the micro wave to melt it again. These also freeze really well, and taste great frozen!

Hot Bean Dip

This was good...went over well with a group of young guys. I added some chopped jalapeno's and a layer of taco sauce as someone else suggested. I used the whole package of taco seasoning....and to me that's all I tasted. Will use the 1/2 pkg next time

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

Wonderful...I had to go to two supermarkets (one mexican one), to get all the ingredients, but it was worth it. I made as is, but used only 3 peppers per other reviews. I think next time I will double the sauce and maybe leave seeds in at least on pepper for a little heat. We put the enchiladas together, poured most of the sauce over them, topped with cheese and popped them in the oven for about 15 minutes. They were yummy! Thanks I'll make these again.

Cinnamon Mini-Muffins

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

I just made this...haven't tasted it yet, so only gave it 4 stars....but it looks like a winner. I used french vanilla pudding, I dipped the graham crackers in a bowl of milk....just to get wet, and did melt the frosting in the micro-wave like other's had suggested. The only thing I did notice was I had to use THREE packages of graham crackers to make 3 layers. I only had 2 crackers left, so I don't see how you can do this with just 2 packages unless you don't completly cover the dessert with the crackers. I'll find out tonight after my son's poker buddies eat it as to if it's a thumb up or down : )

Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup

I made this tonight and it was wonderful. Made as written but used 1 T of Old Bay, and since I didn't have dry mustard I used 1 t of yellow mustard....it worked. I bought fresh crab in a package...think put out by starkiss. I found it in the fresh fish section of our Walmart. I used 2 packages. We can't always get fresh where I live, so have to go another route sometimes.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

I doubled the recipe but made it as written. It was ok...the baking time was a bit off....different ovens probably. Maybe because I doubled the recipe is why mine werent so good. They weren't thin...almost too thick.

Brunch Enchiladas

Very good. I cut the recipe in half, but added a bit more milk and one more egg so that I had enough sauce to cover tortilla's. I covered with foil for the first 50 minutes then added cheese and baked another few minutes. It was very good...thanks

Best Burger Sauce

This was really good. I cut this recipe way down for 6 servings. It had weird measurements, so I kind of guessed, but it turned out really good. Will probably not put in the vinegar next time. I don't think it was needed with the yellow mustard. I added a little horseradish and chopped dill pickle also. We put it on salmon burgers and it was great. I'm a huge fan of In and Out burgers and look forward to traveling to CA and Vegas just to eat them. This sauce is good, but don't think it was as good as their sauce. Still a keeper though. Thanks

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Sorry these didn't float my boat. I added chocolate chips and frosting. I think without these, it would have been really awful. I don't think I'll make these again. Very dry! I just got a call from my son. I made these for his poker game last night and he said they were "great". All the guys loved them. Based on that I'll change my rating to 4 stars. I'm sure I'll be making them again. Thanks

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Oh mama were these ribs great. I made them as directed to a T and they were wonderful. The BBQ sauce was really good. This was a hit at my son's Birthday dinner we had last night.
