Wonderful...I had to go to two supermarkets (one mexican one), to get all the ingredients, but it was worth it. I made as is, but used only 3 peppers per other reviews. I think next time I will double the sauce and maybe leave seeds in at least on pepper for a little heat. We put the enchiladas together, poured most of the sauce over them, topped with cheese and popped them in the oven for about 15 minutes. They were yummy! Thanks I'll make these again.
