My Favorite Chilli Recipe. I double the chocolate and dont drain the bacon when I cook it and people LOVE it. Also no beans for me but I am sure if you like them it would work.

Just needs double the Ricotta and I just soaked the noodles as previously mentioned in the comments too. Used spicy italian sausage and real garlic. People loved it.

Yakitori Chicken

A great base recipe. I have made this a few times, and changed it each time..but the base as written is very close to the Japanese place that we enjoy. Highly recommended.

Canadian Molasses Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
Sticky but really good. I rolled mine to get nice flat shapes. They were appreciated by all and will make again. Only other change was I like lots of ginger so I at least doubled that.

Baked Scallops

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
We liked the flavor a lot. The crust turned out better after we bit it for 3 minutes with the broiler. And we did add about a pound of peeled and deveined shrimp (I chopped the tales off). It did get rave reviews but it is a little rich for a main course. Would make an excellent side dish or appy.

Inside Out Ravioli I

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2008
Makes A LOT of food. Loved it. I never cooked the frozen spinich and it was fine. I used ground sausage (because I had it...it turned out SOO GOOD with it) and more garlic and cheese. I agree with some people who say use cheddar as well. I used Mozza and shredded marble cheddar. Probably almost 2 cups as I spinkled bread crumbs and shredded cheese (and parmesan) on top. Love it and heated up great the next day for lunch. More like a lazy mans lasagna than ravioli but soo good.
