Broccoli Chicken Roli

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
Made this tonight for dinner. I thought it would be really good with the high reviews, it tasted just ok for the husband and I but kids wouldn't touch it. I guess it would be more suitable for people who like Casserole/Hot Dishes but we prefer recipes made entirely from scratch. The cresant rolls give it that hot dish taste.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2007
Excellent! I did change one thing as other reviewers suggested, subbed ricotta for the cottage cheese. So good! Will definitely make again.

Oma's German Marble Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2007
Very good cake. For the reviewer who said it is very dry, that is how the German cakes (kuchen) bake. My German MIL bakes home made cakes all the time, this is how they come out. Thanks for the recipe.

Hearty Meatball Sandwich

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2007
The first time we made this it was so good, just like Subway! YUM!!! The next time we didn't have any french bread, my husband said regular store bought white bread would work just fine. Well it doesn't, the pieces of bread became all soggy and we ended up just eating the meatballs. So stick to the french bread, it really makes the sandwich FANTASTIC!

Oregano Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2007
This looked very appetizing, but when it came to the taste, we didn't care for it, maybe would be better without so much oregano.

Thai Cashew Chicken

OUTSTANDING! The only thing we changed was, we substituted green onion/scallions in place of the regular small onion. Not losing this one. Thanks Caroline C.

Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells

Reviewed: May 21, 2006
OK if you really like the taste of spinach. I didn't think the spinach would be that over powering. Might be better if less spinach was used.

Stuffed Shells II

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2006
This recipe was just ok, it needs more cheeses and it doesn't say small or large onion, I guess I put in too much. All we could taste was onion.
