The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
Ouch, way too spicy for me...had to drain the sauce and cool it down but it was still burning hot.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
I think this recipe needs tweaking. I struggled with the burning the outside of the breadcrumbs even though I had the heat med low. Also the chicken was bland. I suggest after coating with egg, season the chicken then add breadcrumbs. Also skip saute and bake only. Use extra sauce & mozzarella cheese.
