Better Than Sex Cake II

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2004
So, I decided to make the Better Than Sex 2 cake with the Dark Chocolate Cake 1 as the base. I wrote down all of the ingredients on a shopping list but lost internet access before I could get the directions. I also ran out of flour, so I used a little less. I used milk instead of water. I make the dark choc cake in two layers. Unfortunately, I didnt know how to make the better than sex cake topping. I ended up putting the condensced milk, caramel, whipped topping and half of the toffee candy on the stove and then drizzled it on each layer with some more of the toffee candy sprinkled on top. The cake ended up very, very rich. My boyfriend loved it!

My roomates devour this bread. It is so good! I also add some ginger and more walnuts and I only put in a half cup of oil and a half cup of applesauce. Thanks for the great recipe!

Dirt Cake I

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2003
This cake was a huge hit. I only ended up using 1/2 of the oreos which was fine. I added some gummy worms to my layers and put it in a flower pot and topped it off with big plastic sun flowers, a trowel and a plastic snake. It looked just like a plant! It was pretty to see the layers when it got scooped out, too.

Key Lime Cake II

This cake was great- sweet, tangy and moist. I didn't have lemon pudding so I used vanilla and it turned out fine. Everyone commented on how much they liked the glaze. This cake went fast!

Almond Coconut Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2003
This cake was a hit at our 4th of July BBQ. I used half of the butter, a little less sugar and shredded coconut and it was amazing. I also did it in two layers, which I highly recommend! Great recipe- Thanks!
