This was the best tartar sauce I've tasted. Normally, since I grew up on Miracle whip, I don't use mayo, so I first tried the recipe with Miracle Whip. That was just wrong! I almost wrote off the idea of making tartar sauce, but decided to try the recipe as it was written. Talk about good! I added 2 tsp. of cayenne pepper to put a little zip in the mix because I used to like the hot & spicy tartar sauce the that was sold in stores (they don't sell it anymore). It turned out that mine was much better than theirs! Great recipe! Thanks for sharing.

This stuff is great! I was looking for new and exciting ways to fix Salmon, this one was definitely a keeper. The mix of flavors is fantastic, and it smells great cooking.
