Slow Cooker Oats

I omited the raisens and added blueberries. It was fantastic to wake to a ready to eat healthy breakfast! Will be making this again soon! :)

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I used this as a guideline but did revised it a bit. I used blueberries, an apple, several small oranges, a bananna, greek yougurt, and honey for the sauce. I also ended up using white corn tortillas and frying them in a pan. With the left over sauce we put it on french toast for breakfast and used the rest for fruit smoothies. The kids RAVED over all of it!! :)
