Grandma's Moist Cake

If you follow the instructions carefully this is an amazing cake. It is moist, easy to make and very tasty. My "icing" consisted of 2 packets frozen coconut, 2 cups sour cream and 2 cups sugar. Mix together and keep in fridge at least for four hours and put in between layers and on top of cake and let it stand in fridge for about 3 days and enjoy. I made four separate layers of cake. When my daughter tasted the cake she said: ' Mom, I cannot believe that anyone would not like this cake. I am sure they did not follow the instructions'.
