Blackberry Cobbler II
I tried this with blueberries because that's what I had on hand. I cut down on the sugar as per other users, and used 1/2 c in the blueberries, but I did use the full 1/2 c in the crust which was nice because the butter and salt balanced it just fine. Especially if you serve with ice cream. Easy, quick, and we LOVED it. Some of the dough baked downward and was soaked in blueberry juice but not soggy...the rest was crispy and perfect!!!

Black Magic Cake
PHENOMINAL! Best chocolate cake recipe ANYWHERE! This cake comes out so dark, so moist, so delicious and perfect I'll never buy boxed again! It looks really runny when you pour it in so don't be afraid...that's normal! It comes out perfect still though and is seriously, the best thing I've ever eaten. I made a home-made chocolate mint frosting that just made this thing divine!!!

Pumpkin Bread IV
This recipe is really...REALLY good! I used fresh puréed roasted pumpkin instead of canned (WAY better!), half white and half whole wheat flour. Also, I used only 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce. I thought that 4 cups was a lot, so I only used 2 cups white sugar, and 3/4 cup brown and it was perfectly sweet. I made one large loaf, two small loves with walnuts on top, and then mixed in dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts and made blondies and everyone raved. This recipe is a keeper...with my modifications it was lower fat and calories (I am on weight watchers...with my subs it is 4 points per serving)
