Baked Dijon Salmon

This is one of my favorite ways to have salmon! I don't add the butter, it works just as well without it. I also used Panko break crumbs, it added a great texture.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

I make this for every before school breakfast, the teachers LOVE it! I get rave reviews! I sometimes substitute half of the milk with creme. I also make a veggie version, with Rotel brand tomatoes and green chili's (spicy), and spinach, instead of the meat. Great for those vegetarians out there, and it adds great flavor!

Easy Focaccia

This bread is really good. I didn't use rosemary, I used basil, oregano, and fresh garlic. I also used romano on the top, it has a better flavor than parmasean. I mixed a bit of the basil oregano and garlic into the bread at the end, it turned out very nicely. The garlic on the top roasted very well! I left the water in during baking, and this bread freezes very well.

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

Very tasty crust! I was using a more liquidy filling, and the bottom crust was a little soggy. I would par bake the bottom crust before putting the filling in next time. Great taste though! It's now my favorite crust.

Chicken Pasta II

This came out very rich and with a stew like consistency. I did change a few things, like sauteing onions and garlic in the bacon grease first, before adding the tomatoes. Very tasty!
