These are great! I've made them twice now, and if you read the other reviews, you've seen that there are endless variations for the sauce. As long as you have enough to cover the ribs, almost anything goes. Two things: I used the seasoning mix from Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs (this site), and after baking the ribs, I turned on the broiler to get them really brown and crisp. That way they still have some texture and chewiness, if you like them that way.This is now our favorite way with ribs when it's too cold to barbecue (several months in Canada!).
